PARTY FAQ WHEN SHOULD I PAY? A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when booking to secure your date/time . Full payment can be made on the day of the party once final numbers are confirmed. CAN PARENTS AND SIBLINGS STAY AT THE PARTY? Yes, of course, you are welcome to stay for your child’s party. Any siblings participating in the arty activity will be required to be included in the party guest total. Parents of party guests are expected to drop their child off and return later. If a party guest is anxious and requires a parent to stay, that is fine. We understand new activities can be daunting for our littlest artists. CAN WE INVITE GUESTS/SIBLINGS YOUNGER THAN PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE? As long as most of your party guests are school age it shouldn’t be a problem however younger children may struggle with some of the chosen activities and require a parent helper to assist with the completion of their canvas. Please discuss with us if you would like advice specific to your needs. WHAT IF A PARTY GUEST HAS FOOD ALLERGIES? It is your responsibility to make sure that you are aware of whether any of your party guests have any food allergies and cater to that. We have a no NUT policy at The Art Club Hub. CANCELLATION Cancellation of your ARTY PARTY with result in loss of $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellation or reschedule cannot be done online and must be done over the phone or in store.
