FAQ's
What is The Art Cub Hub all about?
As previous 'Arty Kids', Erin & Leah are creating the club they would have loved to attend after school. A place to be creative and learn new techniques and explore new mediums. All while having fun with like-minded friends.
The Art Club Hub offers term classes for all ages, from children to adults in our inclusive art rooms.

What will Term classes look like?
These classes focus on teaching art elements and principles through a fun exploration of different mediums and themes. Each term consists of 8 weeks, and an end of term exhibition. For the first 5 weeks, we explore a different medium and technique each week designed around our term theme (for example acrylic and watercolour paints, watercolour pencils, pencil, pastel and the usual stationary supplies you will be more familiar with).
We will also spend this term getting to know the unique talents of our artists and planning to extend their individual skills.
Who are our Art Coaches?
The Art Club Hub is the joint arty venture of Leah Haynes and Erin Robinson . Both artists who also have teaching degrees. We are passionate about creating more opportunities for 'Arty Kids' (like we once were!) and Arty Adults.
Can we do make-up classes if we miss a class during the term?
If you will miss a class due to a pre-scheduled appointment, let us know in advance and we will try to book you into another class time that week if possible.
This will only be available if we have the space at the time.
Can I stay with my child for lessons?
Absolutely, pull up a chair and watch the lesson if you think your little one might need some moral support. We understand that this is a big step for some little artists and we welcome a parent/carer into class.

My child is in grade prep but I think they're ready to sign up for art class. Is that ok?
If you think your child is ready and loves art then you are welcome to sign them up for a junior class. We will aim the activities to their level and assist as much as we can, when needed.
Where are lessons held?
The Art Club Hub - 80 Bridge Mall, Ballarat Central.
Do you have teen and adult classes?
Yes! We have an adult class on Monday evenings and we love them! We would love to add more so please send an expression of interest if you are keen. Our teen classes run on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday afternoons. Hope to see you there!

Can we join mid-term?
Listings will be adjusted throughout the term. If there are available spaces you are welcome to book mid-term.
