Our parties run for 1.5 hours (5 - 7 year olds) or 2 hours (8+ year olds).
WHAT'S THE KID'S PARTY STRUCTURE?
-
5 - 10 minutes approx. to greet your guests and allow children to create a memorable gift for the party child to take home. We also ask parents/guardians of party guests to fill in contact details for their under-18 children in case they need to be contacted during the party.

1 - 1.5 hours approx. for your arty party guests to paint their own canvas. *Please note canvasses can either be all the same design (must be requested at least one week before the party) OR an own choice design from those available on the shelves.

15 minutes to enjoy party food or continue painting if no BYO snacks are brought. * Snacks are not included in the party booking but can be brought by the party family.

15 minutes to cut & eat the BYO party cake. This is also a great time to open presents if you are hoping to open them here.​
*We ask that the party family doesn’t arrive more than 10 minutes before the party start time and kindly ask that you leave within 10 minutes of the party ending in order to allow us time to clean and reset before the next group

Adult and child-sized aprons available for our arty party guests to wear during their arty activity.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PARTY?

Our base party package is $270. This is for a maximum of 8 children

Additional children can be added for $30 per child.

Party includes the use of our party area at the back of the art room or upstairs in the sky studio, use of aprons, use of easels, a take-home artwork for each guest that has been created during the party and paper plates, cups and serviettes to use for your BYO party food. Parties also include a small, THE ART CLUB HUB branded lolly bag for each child in the party. *Use of a fridge is provided for a small amount of party food, drinks and cake. We only have water available to the party guests before and while working on their artworks but you are welcome to supply another drink ARTY PARTY INFO option that can be served with your food and cake. ie cordial.

Water jugs will be supplied and a cake knife for the parent/guardian of the party child to use.
ALL AGES - PRE DRAWN CANVASES
We offer a large range of pre-drawn canvases for Arty Parties for you to select from.
All our arty pre-designed canvasses are exclusive to The Art Club Hub and designed by our very own art coaches and printed onsite.
Parties can either choose to all paint the same canvas design or choose for each guest to select their own design from our current range.
ARTY PARTY FAQ
If you are interested in booking an arty party for your little artist and friends, please talk to us at Our Bridge Mall Club or contact us through our website with your preferred day and time. In order for your party day/time to be confirmed we will require a $100 non-refundable deposit to be paid. Full payment must be finalised on the day of your party when guest numbers are finalised.
ARTY PARTY INVITATIONS
Arty Party invitations for your party booking can be picked up from The Art Club Hub (80 Bridge Mall, Ballarat Central- during class times or opening hours). If supplying your own invitations, please make it clear that guests should wear clothes that they are ok getting paint on. We supply art aprons but they will not cover all clothing.
PARTY CATERING
We do NOT offer catering for your arty parties, they are fully BYO. Food and drinks (except for water) are not served until after the party painting activity as this tends to distract children and lead to incomplete paintings. Please be aware that our parties are deliberately held in ‘snack’ times and are not intended for main meals so that guests can focus on painting. Because of this you don’t need to supply too much food at all. We recommend just a light snack and a cake or cupcakes. Most children are content with just ARTY PARTY INFO water to drink however primas or pop-top type drinks are a convenient solution if you would like a little something special.
If you are looking to purchase pre-prepared food, we can recommend cold grazing and sweets platters from Bakery | Skipton Street Bakery | Ballarat . We do not have the facilities to heat food up.
WHEN SHOULD I PAY?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Full payment must be completed one week prior to your party once we have called to confirm numbers.
CAN PARENTS AND SIBLINGS STAY AT THE PARTY?
Yes, of course, you are welcome to stay for your child’s party. Any siblings participating in the arty party will be required to be included in the party guest total.
Parents of party guests are expected to drop their child off and return later. If a party guest is anxious and requires a parent to stay, that is fine. We understand new activities can be daunting for our littlest artists.
CAN WE INVITE GUESTS YOUNGER THAN PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE?
As long as most of your party guests are school age it shouldn’t be a problem however younger children may struggle with some of the chosen activities. Please discuss with us if you would like advice specific to your needs.
WHAT IF YOUNGER SIBLINGS WANT TO JOIN IN?
Younger siblings are able to be included in the party guest list although they may need an adult to help them if they are preschool age.
WHAT IF A PARTY GUEST HAS FOOD ALLERGIES?
It is your responsibility to make sure that you are aware of whether any of your party guests have any food allergies and cater to that. We have a no NUT policy at The Art Club Hub.
