WHAT'S THE KID'S PARTY STRUCTURE?
 

  • 15 minutes to greet your guests and allow children to create a memorable gift for the party child to take home.  We also ask parents/guardians of party guests to fill in contact details for their under-18 children in case they need to be contacted during the party.

 

  • 10 minutes for a fun warm-up arty activity to get all our guests’ creativity flowing. (ie, funny  ‘Mr Squiggle’ drawing challenge) 

 

  • 1 hour for your arty party to paint their own canvas. *Please note canvasses can either be all the same design as requested by the party child OR an own choice design from those available on the shelves.

 

  • 20 minutes to enjoy party food or continue painting if no BYO snacks are brought.
    *OPTIONAL - Snacks are not included in the party booking but can be brought by the party family.

 

  • 15 minutes to cut & eat the BYO cake.

 

*We ask that the party family doesn’t arrive more than 10 minutes before the party start time and kindly ask that you leave within 10 minutes of the party ending in order to allow us time to clean and reset before the next group.

Adult and child-sized aprons available for our arty party guests to wear during their arty activity.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PARTY?
 

  • Our base party package is $270 which includes a maximum of 8 children. 

  • Additional children can be added for $30 per child. (We are currently limited to 16 in total at a regular arty party although please discuss with us if you would like to run a party for a larger group)

  • Party includes the use of our party area at the back of the art room, use of aprons, use of easels,  an arty party host, a take-home artwork for each guest that has been created during the party and paper plates, cups and serviettes to use for your BYO party food. Parties also include a small, THE ART CLUB HUB branded lolly bag for each child in the party.
    *Use of a fridge is provided for a small amount of party food, drinks and cake. We only have water available to the party guests before and while working on their artworks but you are welcome to supply another drink option that can be served with your food and cake. ie cordial. 

  • Water jugs will be supplied and a cake knife for the parent/guardian of the party child to use.  
     

ALL AGES - PRE DRAWN CANVASES

We offer a large range of pre-drawn canvases for Arty Parties.

You can select from our range of pre-drawn canvas designs.

You will be guided through acrylic painting by your Arty Party Host and provided with everything you need to paint your chosen canvas.

ARTY PARTY FAQ

If you are interested in booking an arty party for your little artist and friends, please talk to us at Our Bridge Mall Club or contact us through our website with your preferred day and time. In order for your party day/time to be confirmed we will require a $100 non-refundable deposit to be paid. Full payment must be finalised one week prior to your arty party once we confirm the final numbers expected to attend. We will call you at this time to confirm number of guests and arty party activity.

PARTY CATERING

We do NOT offer catering for your arty parties, they are fully BYO. Food and drinks (except for water) are not served until after the chosen arty activity. 

If you are looking to purchase pre prepared food, we can recommend cold grazing and sweets platters from Skipton Street Bakery Ballarat.
We do not have the facilities to heat food up.

ARTY PARTY INVITATIONS

You are welcome to supply your own invitations however if you would prefer to pick up already printed invitations you can do so from The Art Club Hub (80 Bridge Mall, Ballarat Central- during open hours).

WHEN SHOULD I PAY?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Full payment must be completed one week prior to your party once we have called to confirm numbers.

 

CAN PARENTS AND SIBLINGS STAY AT THE PARTY?

Yes, of course, you are welcome to stay for your child’s party. Any siblings participating in the arty activity will be required to be included in the party guest total.
Parents of party guests are expected to drop their child off and return later. If a party guest is anxious and requires a parent to stay, that is fine. We understand new activities can be daunting for our littlest artists.

 

CAN WE INVITE GUESTS YOUNGER THAN PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE?

As long as most of your party guests are school age it shouldn’t be a problem however younger children may struggle with some of the chosen activities. Please discuss with us if you would like advice specific to your needs.

 

WHAT IF YOUNGER SIBLINGS WANT TO JOIN IN?

Younger siblings are able to be included in the party guest list although they may need an adult to help them if they are preschool age.

 

WHAT IF A PARTY GUEST HAS FOOD ALLERGIES?

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are aware of whether any of your party guests have any food allergies and cater to that. We have a no NUT policy at The Art Club Hub.
